Join Our Client, an industry-leading engineering powerhouse, as an Electrical CAD Technician in Fort Worth, TX! We are seeking innovative talent with an Associate degree in CAD and 2+ years of 2D/3D AutoCAD experience to deliver cutting-edge projects.

responsibilities:

• Revise and create non-routine 2D electrical drawings, layouts, schematics, and wiring diagrams based on engineering markups, sketches, and reference packages.

• Develop detailed 3D parts and equipment models in AutoCAD Inventor using dimensions from manufacturer cut sheets and reference files.

• Set up discipline-specific drawings, sheet sets, borders, and templates at project startup while strictly adhering to Our Client's drafting standards.

• Perform thorough technical accuracy, completeness, and quality checks on completed drawings before submitting them to the design originator.

• Collaborate directly with project engineers to resolve layout discrepancies and provide basic drafting guidance and support to entry-level personnel.
