The Product Concierge plays an important role in creating an exceptional dealership experience from the moment a guest arrives through the delivery of their new or pre-owned vehicle. As one of the first points of contact, you will welcome guests, provide helpful assistance, and connect them with the appropriate dealership team members.

What You Will Do

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and create an exceptional first impression of the dealership.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Service, Parts, and Detail to ensure every vehicle is fully prepared for delivery.
• Deliver a personalized vehicle orientation by demonstrating features, technology, safety systems, and connected services.
• Assist guests with Bluetooth pairing, mobile apps, driver profiles, and personalized vehicle settings.
• Review ownership benefits, warranty coverage, maintenance recommendations, and roadside assistance.
• Follow up after delivery to answer questions, reinforce product knowledge, and support guest satisfaction.
• Support the Sales team with vehicle demonstrations while maintaining accurate delivery documentation and records.
• Support the Sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technology in a simple, engaging way.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A positive, professional attitude and a polished appearance suitable for a luxury guest environment.
• Comfortable learning new vehicle technology and staying current on manufacturer products and connected services.
• A collaborative team player who works effectively across multiple dealership departments.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, automotive sales support, or a similar guest-focused environment is preferred
