Responsibilities • Mentor business owners and leadership teams • Facilitate strategic planning and execution • Inspire business owners to implement systems and processes
• Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and operational performance • Assist members in improving profitability and revenue growth
• Drive accountability and results • Build strong client relationships and retention • Deliver workshops and training sessions What Success Looks Like Increase profitability, grow revenue, improve leadership effectiveness, and drive measurable, sustainable growth across clients. Qualifications
• Proven business leadership or management experience
• Strong financial acumen
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence and motivate others
Preferred Qualifications:
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service experience
• Coaching, advising, consulting, or mentoring experience
