Demand Planning & S&OP Optimization Analyst

Day in the Role — Beaumont, CAStart your morning by opening dashboards that translate sales signals into clear demand plans. You’ll compare forecasts with on-hand and in-transit inventory, adjust assumptions, and align targets with Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Midday often includes preparing KPI summaries—service, forecast accuracy, inventory turns—and proposing fixes when performance drifts. Each month, you’ll lead the S&OP cadence, consolidating inputs, hosting the meeting, and driving follow-up actions. You’ll close the loop by updating process documentation and embedding best practices so the next cycle runs even smoother.What You’ll TackleTurn sales forecasts and inventory data into accurate, executable demand plans.Partner across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to synchronize supply chain strategies.Track and report KPIs that reflect planning and supply chain efficiency.Spot bottlenecks and implement S&OP process improvements and standards.Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings, align on decisions, and document action plans.Use analytics tools and advanced Excel to sharpen forecast accuracy and decisions.Maintain current, clear documentation for S&OP processes and procedures.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.2+ years in S&OP, demand planning, or supply chain analysis.Strong analytical toolkit with data analysis software proficiency.Clear communicator and collaborator across diverse, cross-functional teams.Skilled at juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.Advanced Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is a plus.Detail-focused with a problem-solving, continuous-improvement mindset.Hands-on proficiency with ERP & MRP systems.ImpactYour work ensures smooth operations by aligning demand with supply, elevating accuracy, and supporting sound decisions—cycle after cycle. #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
