Project Coordinator

You will drive the publication management pipeline, tracking critical research from request to approval while supporting broader R&D operations and compliance tasks.

responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks on diverse publications from preclinical to clinical stages.
• Act as the point person to process and track publications through the intellectual property review system.
• Liaise with authors, leadership, and IP legal to ensure teams meet strict timelines.
• Collaborate with authors to file compliance documents in appropriate internal systems.
• Manage operational compliance processes to enable vendor payments for sponsorships and memberships.
• Maintain and execute established processes for the R&D Discovery compliance training database.

 
qualifications:

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience; database management skills with high attention to detail and exception resolution; ability to handle confidential info; strong interpersonal skills across management levels; independent document QC experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience with IP review workflows, scientific publications, or vendor payment compliance.
