Service Advisor / Customer Sales
Monday–Friday | No Weekends | Base Pay + Performance Bonus
Sullivan’s Auto Service is growing and looking for a friendly, motivated, highly organized person who is great with customers and comfortable with sales.
Automotive experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
This position is about taking care of customers. You'll listen to their concerns, explain recommendations clearly, present estimates, follow up, and help customers make confident decisions about their vehicles.
You may be a great fit if you:
• Genuinely enjoy helping people
• Have customer service or sales experience
• Are comfortable discussing price and asking for the sale
• Stay organized in a busy environment
• Communicate confidently by phone, text, and in person
• Follow through and do what you say you'll do
• Are dependable, positive, and coachable
• Enjoy goals and being rewarded for performance
You do not need to be a mechanic . We need someone who can learn, communicate, build trust, stay organized, and take excellent care of customers.
