Tech Product Owner

For the first month or two, will want on site in Hopkins, MN (Minneapolis area) or Earth City, MO (St Louis, MO) 1 day/week- once up to speed will be 100% remote. This will serve primarily as a Tech Product Owner for the profile preferences. The current focus is updating the existing web interface that customers use to update their phone numbers and mobile consent, create a new page for internal agents use (replacing existing processes), and updating where the data is stored. Depending on what info the customer updates, these systems are talking to one another. Goal is to change that, but also add functionality to the UI/UX on how it is entered. Hands-on SQL: They should be able to write queries (example: where clause) Joins – (example: know difference between normal and left joins) Cassandra: Don’t need Cassandra, but ability to understand conceptual difference between SQL and NoSQL environments APIs/Postman: Should be able to understand the validation of data calls via APIs User Experience: The is in the perspective of the Contact Center Agent – if changes are made to that portal – what are downstream effects, and vise versa. Do NOT need Contact Center specific experience– but User Experience of any front end application

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Leading requirement/design calls with Business Lines, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and TOS dev team to understand scope of change and impacts.
• Documenting the requirements and approvals in the respective stories in JIRA
• Translating requirements into design documents / user stories
• Ensuring TCPA compliance standards are followed and can be proven in the future
• Possibly participate in audit/compliance reviews (future)
• Ensuring that the data is tracked and reportable
