What You'll Do

• Provide expert hematology and oncology care in outpatient and affiliated clinics
• Join an established team of 12 physicians, 8 APPs, and multidisciplinary support staff
• Deliver outreach services approximately six days per month to rural clinics in Lamar and Trinidad
• Collaborate closely with the Colorado Springs-based cancer center team for coordinated care
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient management
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical growth opportunities
• Contribute to a physician-led medical group focused on innovation and high-quality results
• Share in limited on-call responsibilities as part of the team

What You Need

Required:

• Board Eligible or Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Valid Colorado medical license or ability to obtain one
• DEA license, BLS certification
• Commitment to equitable care and rural outreach

Preferred:

• Experience in outpatient hematology/oncology practice
• Passion for serving underserved communities
• Ability to travel regularly to rural clinics
