HSE Manager

To support the Construction Services business unit, the full-time salaried HSE Manager will ensure the implementation of HSE requirements on-site, manage high-risk activities throughout project stages, and monitor health and safety performance indicators while promoting a culture of safety among contractors. Key responsibilities Ensure full implementation of HSE requirements by the General Contractor and act as HSE ambassador on-site Identify, assess, and manage high-risk activities while coordinating safety planning with contractors and design teams Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Health & Safety, conducting independent audits of construction management Required qualifications Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior Health & Safety role with formal qualifications in HSE management Degree and/or professional certification in Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) Extensive experience in contractor communications and coordination with project professionals Deep knowledge of construction HSE management procedures and compliance frameworks Fluency in German and English with strong communication skills
