Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (required)
• Experience in special education settings strongly preferred

• Comfortable utilizing technology for virtual instruction, if remote work is selected
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) for assigned students
• Deliver engaging instruction tailored to students’ unique strengths and challenges
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Maintain accurate student records and progress reports in compliance with state and federal requirements
• Engage regularly with families and caregivers, providing updates on students’ educational progress and support needs
• Participate in team meetings and professional development to continually enhance instructional practices
