Product Owner

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Owner in Nashville, TN. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand and define user needs and business goals
- Translates business needs into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Supports Product leaders in backlog refinement and prioritization
- Facilitates workshops, interviews, and collaborative discovery sessions
- Works closely with development teams to ensure shared understanding of user stories and desired outcomes
- Participates in agile ceremonies and contribute to team alignment
- Supports testing efforts by reviewing test cases and validating outcomes
- Tracks and reports progress on user stories and deliverables
- Contributes to process improvement initiatives using agile and Lean practices
- Supports agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models as needed
- Must have strong communication/customer service skills, and presentation skills
