Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and English , as this role requires regular communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders in China. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, promoting our services, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Communicate effectively with prospective and existing clients in China using Mandarin.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and present appropriate products and services.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and business partners in China.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
