Our agency opened in 2000 and is a small, close-knit team of three who truly look out for one another. Ive been with State Farm for over 30 years, starting my career with the company before becoming an agent. That long-term experience has shaped the way I run the office and support both our customers and our team. I attended Florida Atlantic University and enjoy spending my free time fishing, golfing, and being with family. Keeping that balance between work and life is important to me, and its something I encourage for everyone on the team. We offer 810 sick days, 10 days of PTO, a 401(k) after one year, a monthly health stipend, and reimbursement for licensing costs. We believe in taking care of our team so they can focus on doing great work without unnecessary stress. Our culture is simple and supportivewe operate like a small family and take care of each other. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
