Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Sales, or Channel Development in the technology industry. Experience in public cloud solutions across SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.

As a Strategic AI Partner Manager at Google Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the adoption of our cutting-edge artificial intelligence and data technologies. You will act as the strategic link between Google Cloud, our cross-functional internal teams, and our expansive partner ecosystem. In this highly visible role, you will define and execute the AI go-to-market strategy, cultivate deep relationships with strategic system integrators and technology partners, and empower them to build, market, and sell innovative AI-driven solutions.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $195000 - $272000 (USD) + 66.67% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities: Work with Google accounts and cross-functional teams (e.g., AI Sales Specialist, Field, Partner Engineering, PSO, Product) to lead and develop AI go-to-market strategies, prioritize partners aligned to growth drivers, and drive pipeline and business growth. Drive local field enablement and activation of the partner ecosystem to align to industry and segment specific go-to-market strategies and solutions. Contribute to joint field and partner account and territory planning, acting as the subject matter expert to field sales and go-to-market teams on the local partner ecosystem and capabilities. Accelerate Google Cloud revenue by managing multiple customer opportunities and aligning partner solutions.
