Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $17.01 / Hour Job Schedule Saturday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sunday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and other security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help support authorized access, visitor direction, and adherence to location protocols. Assist with de-escalation, wayfinding, and general support during high-traffic periods, medical-related situations, and/or other situations that call for a professional presence. Minimum Requirements Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
