Recruiting Coordinator

Recruiting Coordinator $21-$25 an hour | Fully Onsite TEWS Company is partnering with a well-established organization known for its strong culture, collaborative team environment, and commitment to developing talent. We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who is eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to build hands‑on recruiting experience. What You’ll Do Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams Support recruiters throughout the hiring process Maintain candidate records and track hiring activity within the ATS Post job openings to various job boards and internal platforms Assist with candidate outreach and onboarding coordination Help ensure a positive, professional experience for every candidate What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent 1‑2 years of recruiting coordination, recruiting assistant, or talent acquisition experience Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Paycom experience is a plus) Tews is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications for employment without regard to age, color, sex, disability, national origin, race, religion, or veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
