Job Summary


Looking for an office assistant to provide essential administrative and clerical support. This role assists with daily office functions, maintains organized records, communicates with clients and staff, and supports various departments with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Order, organize, and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with invoicing, recordkeeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks as assigned.
  • Support managers and team members with administrative projects and daily operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service skills.
