Registered Nurse Pre Op / Post Op - 0.2 Flex - Wood

Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast or simply enjoy small town living, this place has it all. We are currently hiring for a Pre/Post/PACU RN. Schedule 0.2 FTE (16 hours per pay period). Position will work 8-hour shifts, varied shifts and varied days Monday-Friday, based on surgery schedule. No call is required for flex RN staff. What You Can Expect The surgical services team at Wood River is committed to providing quality surgical and diagnostic/therapeutic care to inpatient, outpatient and ambulatory pediatric through geriatric patients. The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient’s needs. The position will be trained in all areas of perioperative care- Pre-Op, Post-Op, PACU and Endoscopy procedures. Qualifications Education: Nursing Degree (ADN or BSN) Experience: 1+ years of Pre Op, Post/Op- PACU or Endo experience highly preferred.
