Job Opportunity: Licensed Practical Nurse
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site position, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional bedside care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct nursing care to patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support rehabilitation plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Uphold infection control protocols.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
This role requires on-site presence, allowing for direct interaction with patients and the healthcare team.
