Certifications: BLS, ARRT RT (R) (CT), SCRQSA (R) (CT)

Must-Have: Clinication badge supplied by agency. Experience with PIV, Siemens equipment, and Level 1 trauma.

Description: Agency must supply radiation badge. Daily caseload varies per shift and location. Working schedule is Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8 AM to 8:30 PM, with holiday rotation. On-call is not required. Clinician may float within their scope to meet facility needs. Travelers are expected to attend all staff meetings. First-timers accepted if they have previous experience. Weekly guaranteed hours are based on staffing needs, with the facility allowed to call off 1 shift every 2 weeks. Teaching hospital with a total of 865 staffed beds. Scrub color is teal top and black bottom. Charting system used is Epic. Facility may prioritize non-local candidates. Must provide proof of license application if pending. All time off requests must be included at submission for approval. Hurricane season runs from June through November. Travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams during this period. All labs are to be completed within 72 hours of signing for compliance purposes. Module requirements must be fulfilled prior to the start date. Daily census is approximately 130 patients. Unit provides care for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Experience with biopsies, drainage, and cardiac procedures is preferred. Regular procedures include routine studies, outpatients, and interventional radiology. Employee compliance is required prior to reporting for duty.
