Field-Based Adult Protective Services Case Manager

BronxWorks in New York City is looking for a dedicated professional to support vulnerable adults through the Adult Protective Services program. This role involves providing direct client services, managing case loads, and coordinating with other service providers. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in social work, 4 years of experience in case management, and strong communication skills.
