You will be responsible for leading the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of cloud-based products and services on Azure. You will work closely with product managers, developers, testers, and customers to ensure that our solutions meet their business needs and quality standards. Responsibilities: Define and document the technical architecture and design of our cloud-based products and services on Azure Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development teams and ensure alignment with the architectural vision and standards Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions using Azure services and best practices Review and evaluate the technical feasibility, quality, and performance of the solutions delivered by the development teams Collaborate with product managers, customers, and stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in the cloud and insurance domains and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation Mentor and coach junior architects and developers and foster a culture of learning and excellence Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 10 years of experience in software architecture, design, and development 5 years of experience in working with Azure cloud platform and services Strong knowledge of cloud architecture patterns, principles, and best practices Proficient in C#, .NET, SQL, and Azure DevOps Experience in using Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, etc. Experience in applying security, performance, and scalability considerations to cloud solutions Experience in Property & Casualty insurance industry and familiarity with insurance business processes and systems is preferred. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
