This role partners closely with stakeholders to enhance processes, lead system implementations, and deliver analytical insights that drive informed decision-making.This role…Serves as a subject matter expert in all aspects of revenue cycle managementProvides strategic insights and recommendations to support leadership decision-makingLeads the development and implementation of advanced revenue cycle strategiesSupports and develops Billing Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvementEnsures timely and accurate client invoicingUtilizes advanced data tools (e.g., Access, databases) to support complex invoice creationDesigns and improves process flows with minimal oversightDevelops and maintains internal controls for invoice preparation and ensures SOX complianceMaintains process documentation and cycle narratives for billing operationsConducts internal, external, and client contract audits as neededAligns policies and procedures with evolving processesLeads special projects, including complex system implementationsFacilitates team meetings to drive collaboration and process improvementsManages operational scope of complex, cross-functional projectsIdentifies opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and functionalityBuilds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholdersEstablishes goals and provides regular updates on project progress and performanceDrives accountability and adherence to deadlines within the teamPerforms additional duties and leads projects as assignedWe are interested in speaking with individuals with the following…Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field requiredSeven (7) plus years of experience in financial analysis and/or billing in a high-volume, data-intensive environmentExperience in healthcare or logistics preferredExperience in a public company with SOX-compliant internal controls preferredOr equivalent combination of education and/or experienceIn-depth knowledge of revenue cycle managementStrong analytical skills with experience working with large datasetsDetail-oriented with an innovative mindsetStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer focus and decision-making capabilitiesAdvanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, macros, power queries)Proficiency in Access and SQLHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independentlyAbility to proactively identify and resolve issuesStrong relationship-building skillsAbility to perform effectively under pressureSalary: $72,000-$87,000This role is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
