IT System Administrator

Seeking a proactive IT System Administrator with expertise in AI tooling, the full-time remote position will manage and maintain AI infrastructure, support traditional IT systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI tool adoption. Key Responsibilities Set up and maintain MCP servers, enabling AI features within existing SaaS platforms, and manage AI agent infrastructure Support the deployment and lifecycle management of AI solutions while documenting all integrations and processes Act as an escalation point for complex ITSM issues and collaborate with teams to improve onboarding and lifecycle processes Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT systems as a system administrator Hands-on experience with MCP server management and AI feature configuration in enterprise SaaS tools Familiarity with scripting and automation technologies, particularly in Python and/or Bash Experience with API-based integrations and managing service accounts Ability to work in a Kanban-style environment and mentor IT support staff on ITSM practices
