Sr. Manager, Product Marketing

- 8+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally within CPG or lifestyle brands
- Proven experience building innovative integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including project management
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
- Creative, curious, and consumer-obsessed; comfortable taking smart risks and pushing innovation
- Strong business acumen with an ability to connect brand building to commercial impact
- Ability to navigate throughout a highly matrixed organization
- Experience as an authentic brand advocate, storyteller, curator and clear communicator
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple projects and meet strict/demanding deadlines
- Understands and lives the Red Bull culture and lifestyle
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Travel 20-30%
