Recruiting Coordinator/ Sourcer

Overview Mission Staffing’s Temporary & Consulting Financial Services Division is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team in New York City. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong academic background and a sales-oriented mindset who are interested in building a long-term career in recruiting within financial services. Responsibilities Source and screen candidates for temporary and consulting roles within financial services Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity Partner with senior recruiters as part of a structured training program Start in a formal sourcing program Develop core recruiting and market-facing skills Transition into a full-cycle recruiting role within 6–12 months based on performance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university Strong internship experience required Background in finance, sales, business, or related fields Competitive, driven, and goal-oriented mindset Excellent communication and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Mission Staffing
