Becks Washington is looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead our team and support store operations. This hands-on leadership role focuses on working alongside employees, serving customers, and helping create a fast, friendly, and convenient experience every day.

Responsibilities:

• Lead shifts and support daily store operations
• Work alongside team members to provide excellent customer service
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and maintaining store standards
• Support inventory management and ordering
• Train and coach team members
• Assist with scheduling and staffing needs
• Complete administrative tasks and store paperwork
• Learn kitchen operations and provide support when needed

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a lead-by-example mindset
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous retail or leadership experience is helpful, but not required
