Associate Scientist, Post Doc Fellow- Vaccine Preclinical Development - Experimental Medicine

Postdoctoral research fellow position in vaccine preclinical development focused on herpesvirus biology and immune dysregulation. The role combines experimental immunology, single-cell transcriptomics, and computational analysis within a collaborative pharmaceutical research environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement experimental strategies to enrich and characterize immune cells from blood samples
- Perform and optimize single-cell and high-dimensional immunology assays
- Contribute to development of computational frameworks for biomarker discovery
- Present research findings at scientific meetings and contribute to manuscript preparation
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams in immunology, virology, and translational research
Requirements
- PhD in immunology, virology, systems biology, computational biology, or related field
- Expertise in single-cell transcriptomics and computational analysis of complex biological datasets
- Experience with flow cytometry and high-dimensional immunology assays
- No more than 3 years previous postdoctoral experience
- Strong experimental design, data interpretation, and troubleshooting capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Strong scientific writing and presentation skills with productive publication record
Compensation: $82,000–$92,000 base
