About the Role

The Roads Home Health Care is looking for a results-driven Account Executive to grow referrals and build our presence across South Florida. This home health sales role is ideal for a relationship builder who thrives on business development and wants to make a real impact by connecting patients with the compassionate care they need. You'll own an assigned territory, grow census through referral development, and represent our agency in the community every day.

• Build and grow referral relationships with physicians, physician groups, senior communities, support groups, and other community organizations
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive home health referrals and census growth within an assigned territory
• Educate community partners and potential referral sources on the agency's home health services and clinical programs
• Manage a daily/monthly sales calendar and maintain organized records of key accounts and prospects
• Stay current on home health industry trends, competitive positioning, and market opportunities within your territory
• Partner with Intake, the Executive Director, and the Director of Clinical Services to ensure a seamless referral and admission experience
• Represent the agency professionally in the field, promoting services and building the organization's reputation in the community
• Ensure all sales and referral activities comply with applicable healthcare regulations

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, business development, or healthcare/home health sales strongly preferred
• College degree preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily travel throughout an assigned South Florida territory
• Proficient with computer and organizational tools (e.g., Outlook Calendar) to manage a busy field sales schedule
• Clean background check required
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and the home care industry preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate physician offices, community events, and territory needs

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and networking skills with physicians, medical staff, and community organizations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with good judgment and attention to detail
• Professional presence and business-appropriate demeanor in all client-facing interactions
• Team-oriented with a customer-service mindset and a desire to continuously learn
• Existing referral network within South Florida's home health or medical community a strong plus
• Experience with CRM or contact management tools (e.g., Outlook) preferred
