IndustryRecognition : Join an award-winning aesthetic practice Elite Environment : Work alongside top-tier injectors and aesthetic professionals Growth-Focused Culture : Ongoing training, mentorship, and national AMP network access Built for You : A place where your talent is supported, your voice matters, and your impact is recognized Support Beyond the Chair: End-to-end business, marketing, technology, and clinical resources to help you thrive Responsibilities: Perform physical examinations and nonsurgical procedures (including but not limited to injecting neurotoxins, neuromodulator devices, and fillers), discuss expected patient outcomes, prepare treatment plans, and manage patients with facial aesthetic needs Some administrative duties such as following up with patients, charting, and meticulous documentation of patient care Leveraging strong organization, communication, and customer service skills with a passion for providing high-quality patient care Working both as a collaborative team member and independently as a solo provider Requirements: Licensure & Certifications: Board-certified NP/PA Active and in good standing state (that this role is listed in) license Active BLS or ACLS certification Ability to safely administer injectable treatments in accordance with state regulations and clinical protocols Knowledge of infection prevention, aseptic technique, and sharps safety Ability to recognize and respond to adverse events and complications associated with aesthetic treatments Compliance & Documentation Ability to maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and company compliance standards Commitment to patient safety, informed consent, and ethical clinical practice Physical Requirements : Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers Ability to safely handle needles, sharps, and medical supplies Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift standard medical aesthetic equipment and inventory Training & Travel: Occasional travel for training and professional development Competitive Pay + Performance Incentives Annual Beauty Budget (increases with tenure) AMP Rewards & Recognition Programs 401(k) + Employer Contributions Continuing Education + National Training Opportunities Mentorship from Industry Leaders & KOLs Generous PTO + Holiday Closures Flexible Scheduling Benefits of Working at an AMP Partner Clinic At AMP, our mission is to amplify confidence and enhance lives by elevating the delivery of exceptional aesthetic care through innovative solutions and collaboration with our partner practices.
