CNC Machinist

Location: Three Rivers Michigan
Shift: 6 AM to 4 PM (Monday–Thursday)
Pay: $21.00 per hour

Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a CNC Machinist to join our team in Three Rivers Michigan. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our production team.

What You'll Be Doing

As a CNC Operator associate, your core responsibilities will include:

• Reading blueprints and working from layouts and dimensions on drawings to perform assigned tasks.
• Operating a variety of machines including, but not limited to, mills, lathes, drills, and automatics, surface grinders.
• Utilizing micrometers, calipers, hand tools and other equipment to perform tasks and inspect products.
• Analyze specifications, lay out metal stock, set up and operate machine tools, and fit and assemble parts to make and repair dies, cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and machinists' hand tools.
• Preparing tooling for changeovers and in-press inspections after production run.
• Design jigs, fixtures, and templates for use as work aids in the fabrication of parts or products.

In addition, you may assist with general production tasks and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Good problem-solving skills and troubleshooting
• Good attention to detail while working with precision equipment.
• Good math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
• Good mechanical and technical skills
• CAD/CAM knowledge a plus!
• Cleaning machines and workspace before and after each shift
• Ability to do repetitive work and stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED

Skills:

• Mechanical Aptitude: Must be mechanically inclined
• Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy when handling glass and assembling components
• Manual Dexterity: Ability to work with hands and tools efficiently
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and strong work ethic to support team productivity
