Our organization is in search of a full-time physician assistant to enhance its Women's Health services in Richland, Washington. This position operates on a shift-based schedule, incorporating both inpatient and outpatient care. • Full-time position, 1.0 FTE
• 7 days on, followed by 7 days off schedule
• 10-hour shifts; 26 weeks annually
• Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Deliver post-operative care, assist with hospital rounds, manage discharge tasks, and provide clinic support

• Annual salary ranging from $135,890 to $180,253
• As a non-profit entity, our organization is eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and retirement plans

The salary figures mentioned may encompass productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift bonuses, as relevant to the role. Additionally, continuing medical education (CME) benefits may be available for providers.
