Assistant Branch Manager - Consumer Finance

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a fast-paced consumer finance branch. In this role, you’ll support daily operations, supervise and coach team members, and deliver short-term credit, installment loans, and check cashing services to underbanked customers. You’ll ensure strict compliance with regulations and company policies while driving performance, customer satisfaction, and store growth. This role offers hands-on training, performance incentives, and clear advancement opportunities in branch and regional leadership within a performance-driven culture.
