Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, greeting them warmly and ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable in the office. Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and answer phone calls efficiently. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out.
