What’s a typical day as a Billing Specialist? You’ll be:

• Working under the guidance and supervision of the Business Administrators
• Performing office and clerical duties related to daily operations
• Posting meter readings and preparing work orders
• Setting up new member accounts and maintaining both member and corporate records
• Assisting administrative and management staff with various tasks as requested

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are bilingual (Spanish/English required)
• Have prior office or clerical experience, preferably in billing, administration, or customer service
• Are detail-oriented and organized, with excellent record-keeping skills
• Possess strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
