Requirements Proven ability to work effectively on-site in the Miami market, with a strong understanding of local dynamics. Active and valid Real Estate Sales Agent license in the state of Florida. Previous successful experience in real estate sales; commercial experience is a significant advantage. A relentless drive to hit and exceed sales targets, coupled with exceptional cold calling and lead generation skills. Comfort with commercial real estate financial metrics, including Cap Rates, ROI, and valuation methods. Verbal and written communication skills.
