Key Qualifications:

• Current approval as a School Social Worker by the Michigan Department of Education
• Prior experience delivering social work services in school settings (elementary or preschool preferred)
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with teachers, staff, students, and families
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Capacity to address the academic, social, and emotional needs of diverse learners

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct social work services to students, focusing on individual and small group supports
• Collaborate with educators and administrators to develop and implement intervention plans
