The Customer Repair Administrator will serve as the central point of coordination between Customer Service, Sales, Quality, Operations, Finance, and the customer, ensuring each return is properly tracked from initial request through receipt, evaluation, disposition, repair/replacement, shipment, and final closure.As a Customer Repair Administrator, you will:Provide end-to-end ownership of all RMAs across the business.Reduce aging and overdue RMAs through consistent follow-up and escalation.Improve visibility and reporting of open returns, warranty claims, and customer issues.Ensure timely communication and status updates to customers.Coordinate closely with Quality and Operations to drive evaluations and dispositions.Ensure credits, replacements, repairs, and associated transactions are completed and closed appropriately.Free up Customer Service and Sales resources to focus on their core responsibilities and customer growth.Create a standardized and controlled RMA process, improve turnaround time and customer experience, reduce open and aging returns, and establish a single point of accountability for RMAs across the business.To be considered for the Customer Repair Administrator opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred.3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in aerospace or manufacturing environment.Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.Our Benefits:Comprehensive medical insuranceCompetitive PTOCompany 401K plan with up to 4% matched contributionAnnual bonus program (varies by level and discretionary based on company and individual performance)Flexible working arrangementsPaid volunteering opportunitiesAccess to mental health champions across our sitesCommitment to developmentEmployee referral program#LI-OnsiteEOE/Minority/Female/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disability/VeteranCompensation Pay Range$24-$36Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. is an Equal Opportunity employer.
