Dave Mensch Agency LLC is a trusted multi-line Farm Bureau office with more than 33 years of service. We are seeking a driven Insurance Sales Representative who wants to grow within a long-established, high-performing Farm Bureau agency. You will sell and cross-sell home, auto, umbrella, commercial, and life products while working in a laid-back, goal-focused environment. Warm leads, firm support, and a clear advancement path make this an ideal role for someone ready to produce at a high level.
- First-year earnings expected between $65,000 and $85,000
- Bonus opportunities with warm leads provided
- Paid on renewals
- Flexible schedule with a Monday through Friday workweek

Responsibilities
- Sell home, auto, and umbrella coverages
- Cross-sell life insurance across personal lines
- Prospect and sell commercial insurance
- Cross-sell life insurance to commercial customers
- Meet monthly production goals of 15 property and casualty policies and 2 life policies
Requirements
- 1+ year of property and casualty experience
- Current insurance license or ability to obtain before start date
- Comfortable with computer systems and online platforms
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to meet and exceed targets
