Program Manager

Full-Time | Hybrid in Chicago and Northern Region Summary Overseeing the Let It Be Us Emergency Placement Referral Program, supervising staff and managing the program. Our Emergency Placement Referral Program works with caseworkers, investigators, court appointed special advocates, and licensed foster parents to connect licensed foster homes with waiting children and teens in foster care. Let It Be Us operates a proprietary database of licensed and open foster homes and also reaches additional licensed and open foster homes through targeted digital marketing tools and community relationships. This position reports to the Executive Director. The Program Manager communicates with other child welfare agencies understands and improves outcomes strategizes program support and growth Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited college or university Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) board certified credential At least 5 years of experience in Illinois foster care and/or adoption At least 3 years of supervisory experience Skills Proficiency in Google, PowerPoint, Excel Ability to learn our proprietary cloud-based platform Ability to analyze and review operating practices and improve efficiency Detail oriented, flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Let It Be Us offers a competitive compensation and benefits package for full-time employees, including medical insurance contributions, dental, vision, disability coverage, paid holidays, paid time off, retirement plan participation, and professional development opportunities.
