Starting salary: 65-75k+/per yearJob DescriptionThere are lots of moving parts to making sure a restaurant is fully functional. OurFront of House Manager will oversee daily service, train Front of House staff, scheduleand supervise shifts and ensure compliance with safety/sanitation regulations. You’ll workclosely with our General Manager and other management team members. The perfectcandidate is reliable, empathetic and handles difficult situations respectfully.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate Front of House and Back of House operations dailySchedule all Front of House team membersOrganize, supervise and execute shiftsSupport service where needed which might include running food, putting togethercatering/delivery orders and bussing tablesRequirementsPositive mindset and approachable demeanorFantastic multitasking skillsNatural people skillsA desire to deliver an experience beyond guest expectationsPast experience leading and managing a team of restaurant professionals #J-18808-Ljbffr Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint
