As a Security Officer - Patrol Ambassador in Goodyear, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a technology-focused location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and use computer or tablet tools as needed. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of data center facilities, exterior areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific response procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
