Intellectual Property Paralegal | Tampa, FL | Fully Onsite LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established law firm in the Tampa area that is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys sophisticated IP work, direct attorney interaction, and a collaborative office environment. Position Highlights Fully onsite opportunity Competitive compensation: $25-$40/hour+ depending on experience Stable, team-oriented law firm environment Key Responsibilities Support attorneys with patent and trademark prosecution matters Prepare and electronically file U.S. and PCT patent applications, responses, and related documents Draft and file IDSs, assignments, prior art submissions, and other supporting materials Manage and maintain intellectual property docketing systems, including prosecution deadlines, annuities, and maintenance filings Generate and monitor docket reports for attorneys and legal staff Assist with intellectual property aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and technology licensing transactions Communicate with clients, government agencies, vendors, experts, and outside counsel Ensure accuracy and compliance with filing deadlines and procedural requirements Qualifications 3+ years of intellectual property paralegal experience in a law firm environment Experience supporting patent, trademark, and/or IP litigation attorneys Knowledge of U.S. and international patent prosecution procedures preferred Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal setting Proficiency with legal technology and docketing systems Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and long-term disability coverage 401(k) plan Generous PTO package Monthly parking stipend Additional voluntary benefits available #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
