MBI is seeking a Repair Technician to fix issues on fiberglass hulls, decks, and small parts in a fast-paced marine environment. The role requires use of power and hand tools, attention to safety, and adherence to takt times for consistent finishes. You will repair gel coat, sand and buff surfaces, and ensure a high-quality finish that matches existing gel coat.
