Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) The ARNP will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population while collaborating with physicians, other ARNPs, Physician Assistants (PAs), and nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments, diagnose conditions, and manage illnesses within the ARNP scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Develop individualized patient education plans to promote and maintain optimal health.
• Apply independent clinical judgment using evidence-based practices.
• Maintain timely and accurate patient records, meeting the required 48-hour documentation timeline at least 95% of the time.
• Complete fee slips and ensure accurate matching of diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity expectations of at least 3,400 patient encounters annually on a full-time-equivalent basis.
• Participate in daily care coordination huddles as part of the PCMH model.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) program.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State.
• Current ARNP license in Washington State.
• Prescriptive authority in Washington State.
• Experience practicing in a broad primary care clinic setting.
• Strong understanding of the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Ability to make sound independent clinical decisions and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing minor surgical procedures or techniques.
• Experience with patient-centered care coordination and population health management.
