While the treatment focus is on individuals battling detoxification stages, our LCSWs are encouraged to engage with clients through virtual therapy sessions, ensuring that they have access to immediate care and support, regardless of barriers they may face in traditional settings.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly as a clinician with assigned clients, providing assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy, focused on individuals exhibiting symptoms of major mental illness and emotional distress.

• Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based screenings to establish appropriate care plans and interventions, facilitating access to vital services and resources.

• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring consistent communication among clients, families, and other professional providers.

• Assist with crisis interventions, allowing for immediate support and effective management of acute mental health issues while ensuring client safety at all times.

Compensation and Benefits\n
