The University of Houston System's Office of Contracts & Grants seeks a Director to lead research proposal preparation, pre-review activities, and contract negotiations. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Sponsored Programs, the role provides strategic vision, enhances service excellence, and ensures regulatory compliance.
