Responsibilities Manage an IT team providing Windows/Linux server administration, desktop services and applications administration. Oversee upgrades, operations and maintenance, hardware and software installations, accounts, password issues and service requests. Accountable for the day-to-day IT services supporting an array of program needs. Use project management skills to manage IT related projects across multiple LM Space Sites and customers. Direct management and supervision of a team of IT professionals. Coordinate and manage all IT server, storage, desktop and network needs within closed areas. Identify staffing resources. Coordinate with Ops Lead for workloads, scheduling, and escalating IT tasks. Oversee vulnerability management and break-fix/service requests. Responsible for performance management, promotions, talent planning, training, development activities, and energizing for direct staff. Organize and conduct service status reviews, team meetings and activities according to established business practices. Proposal writing and basis-of-estimates. Basic Qualifications Active TS/SCI Clearance. Experience leading multi-discipline IT teams. Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly across organization boundaries. Self-starter with the ability to spot potential for process improvement. Capable of building effective relationships with teams and subject matter experts. Experience conducting performance reviews, mentorship and training. Experience with managing Risk Management Framework (RMF). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to effectively interface with internal and external customers and senior leadership/executives. Desired Skills Strong foundation of all FSL Competencies, especially in Delivering Value, Leading through Vision and Values, Leading Change with Agility, Communicating with Positive Impact, and Developing Enduring Relationships. Knowledge of Jira/Confluence or other project management tools. Ability to lead change and innovation. Knowledge of writing Basis of Estimates for future work. Project management experience. Active TS/SCI with CI Poly. Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or Information Technology from an accredited college/university. Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: TS/SCI. Pay Rate The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Work Schedules Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
