Job Description
Provides customer service and support to guests with questions and inquiries via phone, direct mail, and direct contact.
Provides an enjoyable vacation experience from check in to check out. Educates the guests on hotel policies and area events and attractions. Performs as hotel curb-side greeter and express check in agent for guests upon arrival. Conducts switchboard operations and relays guest’s messages/incoming mail when appropriate.
Responds to guest inquiries, questions, suggestions and resolves minor complaints and discrepancies. Follows up with the Front Office Manager or VSA Resorts Manager as appropriate.
Processes reservation payments, deposits, and refunds. Confirms address, telephone, and email information for all guests.
Reconciles shift activity reports and performs key and folio audits.
Enforces hotel policies and procedures.
Coordinates housekeeping and maintenance reported requests and follows up with guests.
Performs related duties as assigned or as situation dictates.
