We are an orthotics and prosthetics healthcare provider that for over 40 years has focused on delivering the best possible patient experience through innovative solutions, passionate advocacy, and the highest professional standards.

We are looking for a friendly, dynamic self-starter to join our team and contribute to a variety of administrative and clerical efforts, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities

·         Scheduling appointments

·         Translating (Spanish/English bilingual skills) as needed 

·         Directing patients to clean and presentable rooms

·         Collecting co-pays and balances

·         Obtaining receipts of delivery, signed by patient

·         Maintaining patient confidentiality

·         Answering and directing incoming calls

·         Filing patient charts

·         Data input 

·         Corresponding with medical personnel, hospitals, health insurance companies, etc.

·         Medical insurance authorizations and verification

·         Prioritizing tasks and workload, being flexible in assuming various assignments

·         Being a team player, having a positive attitude, presenting professional attire, appearance, and demeanor

·         Filling in when needed with other front-office positions

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Computer literacy
